Media and Production Company

FEMALE is looking for a media and production company to collaborate with on two projects. As such, we appreciate receiving two separate quotations on the two projects below by 15 June 2025.

I.                             Project 1:  

FEMALE is aiming to launch a national media campaign on online gender based violence, as such we would like to request a quotation including the cost of the below:
- Ideation and creative planning (ideation, strategy, execution, supervision) of a mass and digital media campaign aiming to advocate for a law to protect women and girls from online gender-based violence (the company is responsible for recruiting and managing the work of the creative director/ Art Director/ and overall team)
- Production of the campaign content, which needs to include: A high-quality TVC (between 40- 60 seconds), design work, Key Visuals (at least 8 visuals), Campaign identity, Adaptions (Posters, Online posts, Animated posts...)
- Manage the PR and communications work to ensure wide digital media circulation and media coverage of the campaign (influencers and media relations), and the promotion of the campaign in any effective ways possible
- Follow up on the overall implementation of the campaign
- Provide report on the campaign performance and results 
 
II.             Project 2:
We request a quotation for the production of a short film documenting wome’s stories and experiences including the below:
-       At least 8 shooting days
-       Editing and sound
-       Team management and A to Z pre and post production of a short film (between 6- 10 minutes)
-       Production of a teaser and film poster
-       Promotional visuals and reels for social media (at least 4 visuals and 4 reels)
