MEAL and Projects Officer

Fe-Male is a civil feminist collective working with women and girls to eliminate injustice through building young feminist movement, empowering agents of change, and campaigning together against discriminatory norms and policies.

Essential Job responsibilities

• To Develop M&E tools and policy of the organization;
• To Develop M&E plans, indicator matrices, and clear data collection plans;
• To plan and implement of baseline surveys, monitoring and evaluation exercises and impact assessments when needed; (formulate assessments and M&E tools; Organizing and conducting baseline, PDMs, and producing analytical qualitative and quantitative reports)
• To be responsible for the day-to-day planning and supervision of specific projects and to carry out associated administrative duties where this element is relevant;
• To ensure that project results are made available to the relevant people, providing feedback to project managers, project teams and other staff as necessary;
• To monitor the progress of a project against agreed and documented time and budget targets while ensuring appropriate quality standards are maintained;
• Keep track of all monitoring and evaluation schedules and implementation of monitoring and evaluation procedures;
• Ensuring quality, accuracy and confidentiality of data and the serious follow up of available guidelines.
• Collect data as per the framework defined and contribute to their analysis;
• Input in the identification and analysis of the project good practice;
• Ensures compliance with Fe-Male’s code of conduct, gender and child protection policies.
