Main Tasks and Key Deliverables
Under the direct supervision of the Minister, the Design and Social Media Specialist will:
1.
Create high-quality graphic materials, including infographics, social media posts, banners, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with MEHE’s branding guidelines.
2.
Manage and regularly update MEHE’s official social media accounts, ensuring engaging content, accurate messaging, and timely communication.
3.
Update and maintain MEHE’s website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and visual appeal.
4.
Coordinate closely with various MEHE departments to collect content, news, and updates for dissemination via digital channels.
5.
Develop and implement a social media content calendar to strategically promote MEHE's initiatives, events, and announcements.
6.
Monitor social media channels, respond appropriately to public inquiries, and provide regular reports on social media performance metrics.

Ensure digital content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with best practices in online communication.
8.
Support the Minister's Office in enhancing transparency, public engagement, and stakeholder interaction through strategic digital communication.

Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, content creation, and website updating.
•
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
•
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and website content management systems.
•
Fluency in Arabic and English.
•
Familiarity with MEHE's operations and communication practices is highly desirable.
