Logistics Coordination and Operational Support Officer – PHC Activities-1 year contract duration

The Logistics Coordination and Operational Support Officer aims to:

  • Provide reliable transportation and logistical support for PHC project activities.
  • Ensure proper management and maintenance of project vehicles.
  • Assist in the preparation, delivery, and distribution of project supplies.
  • Support field activities, workshops, and campaigns effectively.
  • Facilitate smooth operational coordination within the PHC Department and with partners.

 

 

 

4. Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Field Support and Logistics
  • Participate in and support field visits as assigned by PHC coordinators.
  • Provide logistical support during workshops, campaigns, and other project activities.
  • Prepare and transport supplies from MoPH central stores or outlets to designated locations.
  • Carry official mail between MoPH departments and project partners.
  • Vehicle Management and Operational Support
  • Manage project vehicles, including daily maintenance checks, cleanliness, and completion of trip logbooks.
  • Report constraints and operational challenges to the Administrative Assistant or PHC coordinators and propose solutions.
  • Support team members with ancillary tasks and ad-hoc operational requirements as needed.
