Visit assigned households to measure the height and weight of children under 5 years of age using the provided measurers and scales.
Ensure that the measurements are taken accurately.
Ensure that the measurements are entered correctly on paper and CAPI application.
Return paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires, and other forms completed to the responsible supervisor.
The measurer must attend all meetings planned by the CAS.
Preparation and submission of periodic reports to the survey coordinator in CAS.
Perform all other tasks assigned by the survey coordinator in CAS.
