Carry out administrative/secretary duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, emailing, answering and directing phone calls, etc.
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Receive, sort and distribute and store mails and other letters or documents
Maintain and update contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, presentations, emails and forms
Develop and maintain and store a filing system and inventories such as inventories of equipment (computer and manual filing systems)
Attend meetings and take notes (minutes of meetings) as directed by CAS.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports 10. Book, rooms, taxis, couriers, etc.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. French is an asset.
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office and internet (email, search.)
Bachelors in business administration/ Management with one year of experience in the field or in a related area OR High school diploma or BT or TS administrative officer/secretary or equivalent in related field with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Proven experience as an administrative officer is required, documents and references are required
