Personal And Professional Development (P2D)

  Mandatory Requirements   Advanced degree in social sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant areas   Preferably 10 years of experience in design and facilitation of trainings as well as facilitation of workshops in humanitarian and Lebanon cultural contexts   Certified Coach and or Career Counselor from an accredited institution   Proven track record of working within the non-profit environment in managerial capacity.   Scope of work   Conduct an initial assessment of existing P2 D material   Based on the assessment propose new or updated material and if necessary develop a training booklet   Provide a one day individual consultation to encourage staff member’s ongoing self assessments, with relevant advice, material and tools including dialogue and engagement
