Programme Senior Advisor Youth Basic Literacy And Numeracy - 6 Months Project

The successful applicant should:          Have experience of working closely with senior government officials;          Have theoretical knowledge of and practical experience in public sector policy formulation, institutional development and advocacy with multiple stakeholders;         Advanced university degree in the field of education or other related areas.      More than 10 years of professional work experience in the field of education, with proven record of experience in literacy and Numeracy context.       Expertise and familiarity in the Lebanon education system (good knowledge of national policies) and the MENA regional educational context.         Good writing, editing analytical and synthesis skills.       Experience in conducting interviews and collecting information for further analysis. Demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Arabic; Excellent organizational skills.
