TREF Implementation Support Associate -132 working days

  • Manage the DG’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Support the preparation of meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions and action items, particularly related to the implementation of the Transition Resilience Education Fund (TREF).
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for documentation and correspondence.

 

  • Track tasks assigned by the DG to various departments and stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up and status reporting on the implementation of the Transition Resilience Education Fund (TREF).
  • Assist the DG in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and addressing urgent matters, in coordination with the TREF Implementation Support Team (IST).
  • Prepare regular status summaries and updates for internal use.

 

  • Draft, proofread, and format letters, memos, and official correspondence in Arabic and English.
  • Act as a liaison between the DG’s office and internal departments, as well as external partners (TREF contributing partners) and institutions.
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism and maintain an effective flow of information.

 

  • Collect and organize TREF related data, reports, and documents for presentations and reporting needs.
  • Provide support on administrative formalities within the Directorate General of Education.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalence like teaching school in Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic, with working knowledge of English.
