Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract donations and contributions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with individual and corporate donors, as well as grant-making organizations.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create a financial plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and create budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the organization, making recommendations for improvement.
- Provide financial education and guidance to internal staff and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
- Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
