Fundraiser and Financial Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract donations and contributions.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with individual and corporate donors, as well as grant-making organizations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create a financial plan that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and create budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Monitor and report on the financial performance of the organization, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide financial education and guidance to internal staff and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations.
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
