Municipal Law, Administration and Finance Trainer

In preparation for the upcoming Municipal Elections 2023, FiftyFifty is launching a new Project entitled “Women’s Revolution in Politics- Municipalities 2023”

This project is in collaboration with UN Women in Beirut and aims to encourage and support Lebanese women to run for the upcoming 2023 municipal elections across all Lebanese regions and from different political backgrounds.

Responsibilities of trainer:

• Provide extensive knowledge on Lebanese Municipal law
• Provide a general overview of the Legal, Administration, and financial framework of Municipal system in Lebanon.
• Offer key governance and strategic insight on municipal work and how to accomplish strategic goals
• Showcase effective financial planning and provide ways to finance projects and programs

Requirements

• Provide a better understanding of the Municipal Law draft
• Present a detailed power point presentation during the training
• Prepare pre and post questionnaires to assess the participants’ knowledge
• Write a training completion report detailing the training conducted including the activities and outcomes.
