In preparation for the upcoming Municipal Elections 2023, FiftyFifty is launching a new Project entitled “Women’s Revolution in Politics- Municipalities 2023”

This project is in collaboration with UN Women in Beirut and aims to encourage and support Lebanese women to run for the upcoming 2023 municipal elections across all Lebanese regions and from different political backgrounds.

Responsibilities of trainer:

• Hands on media training full of do’s and don’ts from seasoned TV journalist. Media appearance advice.
• Showcase how to communicate ideas to an audience in the most effective way
• Assist in the best ways of how to speak to voters through speeches, debates and media interviews
• Provide communication skills and tactics to empower more confident and persuasive public speaking speeches and statements

Requirements

• Present a detailed power point presentation during the training
• Prepare pre and post questionnaires to assess the participants’ knowledge
• Write a training completion report detailing the training conducted including the activities and outcomes.
• Engage participants in mock interviews and direct open ended questions
