Strengthening Food Security in Tripoli: The Tawarek Free Supermarket

To strengthen food security of a growing population in need, Fondation Al-Tawarek provides food and non-food items in a "free supermarket" in Tripoli, Lebanon. The items chosen by the beneficiaries range from a wide variety of necessities and are meant to present essential support to families in need to help them get through the month. The substantial help offered through this project is monthly and continuous to all beneficiaries.
