Responsibilities:
- Identify and track emerging opportunities through the institutional funding strategy and action plan
- Contribute to design and development of project proposals
- Help in the planning, organization, implementation and follow up of the scheduled program activities
- Manage and coordinate scheduled reporting to meet institutional donor reporting requirements
- Work with Finance staff to ensure financial information is up to date,
- Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation initiatives both qualitative and quantitative
- Coordinate overall program portfolio to ensure key performance indicators are met and program impact is in line with strategy
- Contribute to strategic planning within the Program Team, including annual and medium term planning and monitoring

Requirements:
• Demonstrable understanding of issues related to Development and Interfaith Dialogue
• Comfortable planning and delivering multiple activities under pressure to strict
deadlines and high levels of precision
• Able to work as part of a team in a co-operative and supportive way, particularly
with multi-cultural staff
• Capacity to conceptualize program interventions
• Good IT skills and report writing
• Fluent in English and Arabic (writing and typing)
