  • Plan, update and follow up a detailed workplan, in line with donor agreement;
  • Ensure the timely achievement of deliverables and contribute to the writing of progress reports to donor;
  • Providing guidance and support to the project’ team, and maintaining constructive communication among them;
  • Oversee the collection and maintenance of data of the project;
  • Outreach to participants and selection of participants for the planned activities in accordance with the donor’ implementation manual;
  • Conduct information sessions to the different groups of participants, adhering to the information session guidelines provided by the donor;
  • Prepare MoU with local authorities and businesses as applicable;
  • Put in place a quality assurance system and provide orientation to the site supervisors to ensure adequate quality control on site during the implementation phase in accordance with the set workplan;
  • Constantly supervise the implementation of activities on sites;
  • Track participants’ attendance and accordingly reflect the number of participation hours, participation days and entitlements in the payment lists;
  • Prepare accurate service lists for participants, and accordingly payment lists for the cash assistance entitlements to all participants;
  • Monitor all activities throughout the implementation period and provide updates to project Manager on the progress of the works as required,
  • Ensure safe and secure environment for the participants on all sites;
  • Ensure proper follow up and smooth implementation of the roles and responsibilities of the municipality and local stakeholders;
  •  Carry out handover and closure procedures of the project;
  • Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the PM;
  • Any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in humanitarian context, especially in the Food Security sector;
  • Experience in working with Persons with Disabilities and their caregivers is an asset;
  • Experience in managing a team;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Report writing skills and computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets;
  • Good knowledge of SDGs, CRPD, and Law 220/2000.
