Objective: Pro Peace is currently reviewing and expanding its pool of expert consultants to support our upcoming programming for 2026 and onwards. We are seeking to identify experienced trainers and analysts specialized in the Gender-Conflict-Nexus to ensure high-quality interventions in fragile contexts.
What we are looking for: We are interested in professionals with a proven track record in:
- Analytical Frameworks: Structural and cultural violence, fragility, and power dynamics.
- Transformative Approaches: Gender-transformative project design.
- Socio-Ecological Modeling: Applying gender lenses at individual, communal, and institutional levels.
- Capacity Building: Experience in training NGO teams using participatory methodologies in theory and practice.

How to Apply
Submission Request: To help us update our consultant database and fulfill our procurement requirements for upcoming project cycles, we invite interested experts to submit a brief Expression of Interest (EoI) including:
- A current CV highlighting relevant experience in fragile contexts.
- A short summary of your thematic focus (max. 1/2 page) or a list of developed curricula.
- Standard Daily Rate (in USD).
