The career orientation program will have to focus on the majors in demand by the future of jobs. It should be implemneted across different cities in Lebanon, between January and June 2022 targeting at least 20 schools (10 public and 10 private across lebanon), and reaching a minimum of 750 secondary school students.
The career guidance programs which might be accepted under this call for applications may include:
- A career assessment for every student to take online or offline
- Orientation about the different career options for the students to explore, with these options aligned with the needs of the labor market
- Orientation about the local and international universities majors, vocational trainings or other alternative training programs when relevant.
- Guidance on the related application process and relevant scholarships
- Supporting career guidance staff in the schools if applicable
- Raising awareness to parents about the needs in the labor market, especially the digital sector, as they are a key influncer of their child career choices
Interested training providers will have to submit the training program proposal by email to grants@bddacademy.com by close of day 29 December 2021. The Technical and Financial Proposal will be submitted in 2 separate envelops securely encrypted by two different passwords. The passwords will be provided in a separate encrypted email ONLY when requested to do so during the public opening of the proposals.
