Title of the project: Supporting access to quality education for vulnerable boys and girls of the Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, strengthening community-based retention programmes, with inclusive methodology approach.

Position: Center Supervisor  

Location: El Buss Palestinian Camp

Work type: full -time

Salary:  800 USD/month paid in fresh dollars.

Experience:  at least 2 years relevant experience in office administration or education field or project administration.

Key Responsibilities

• To supervise the remedial education centers in el Buss Camp.
• Coordination and follow up visits to UNRWA schools, Community and community based organizations.
• Prepare, in coordination with center staff, work plans with clear objectives and achievement benchmarks, long-term and short-term priorities, implementation plans and evaluation tools;
• Update, in collaboration with the team, the outputs of the program and propose adjustments if necessary for on-going activities;
• In collaboration with the Data Responsible person and Monitoring and Evaluation officer, TDH (define) (focal point, ensure monitoring and evaluation plans are understood by center teams and that data is collected in a timely manner and is of good quality;
• Support in the recruitment of education staff for center positions.
• Support logistics processes to procure, store and distribute stock, supplies and services for the timely delivery of project objectives.
• Liaise with finance and administration department to support the successful implementation of the project.
• Follow up visits to the beneficiaries.
• Follow up on all the activities related to the projects.
• Developing intervention strategies to increase academic success.
• Assist teachers and administrators in dealing with behavioral or attitude issues by communicating with students / parents.
• Maintain case files and reports to track student problems and progress and to recognize patterns in behavior.
• To participate in all training offered by Fraternity, TDH IT and UNICEF.
• To pursue continuous professional development, in order to keep up with the latest methodologies that enhance work progress.
• Ensure a strict adherence to Child Protection Policy (including respect for confidentiality, and adopting a child-centered approach). 

Education Degree Details:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Education or other related fields with NGOs experience in education programs supervision.

Note: priority for candidates from el Buss Camp.
