Digital Communication and Social Media Services

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom (FNF) Lebanon is seeking a qualified service provider to deliver digital communication, social media management, and visual design services for the period from January to December 2026. The objective of the assignment is to ensure a consistent, professional, and impactful digital presence for FNF Lebanon, support the visibility and dissemination of its projects, publications, and public events, enhance audience engagement across digital platforms, and maintain visual coherence aligned with FNF branding and values.

The selected service provider will be responsible for managing and creating regular content across FNF Lebanon’s social media platforms, including the development of platform-specific content such as Instagram reels and LinkedIn short articles.

This includes content scheduling, publishing, community management, and ensuring alignment with FNF messaging, tone, and values. The assignment also involves project-based digital communication, including close coordination with FNF project managers to develop tailored social media plans, design unique visual templates adapted to project themes and audiences, and produce visual assets for digital dissemination.

In addition, the service provider will design and implement digital campaigns related to national and international awareness days, thematic advocacy or policy initiatives, and event-based or issue-based communication needs.

The scope of work further includes the design of printable and event-related materials such as name tags, certificates, banners, and booths, adapted according to project-specific requirements.

The service provider will be required to produce monthly reports covering social media performance and engagement metrics, as well as quarterly analytical reports on FNF Lebanon’s digital presence, including performance trends, audience growth, and recommendations for improvement. The provider will work under the supervision of the FNF Lebanon Communication Manager with tasks and priorities agreed upon on a rolling basis according to programmatic needs.

Applicants should demonstrate proven experience in social media management and digital communication, strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills, experience working with civil society organizations, foundations, or public institutions, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work under tight timelines. Availability for continuous collaboration throughout the year is required.

Remuneration will be based on a fixed monthly fee, to be specified in the financial offer, and payments will be made according to contractual terms and applicable Lebanese regulations.
