Key Responsibilities include:
- Extracting and entering accurate data from client documents into the database.
- Developing and maintaining filing and archiving systems (physical and electronic).
- Retrieving data and generating reports (including advanced/complex queries using SQL or other reporting tools).
- Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Supporting improvements in data management and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science, Records/Archiving Management, Documentation, IT, Data Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in documentation, archiving, and database/data management.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, SQL/reporting tools, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
