Call for Applications: Documentation & Data Management Officer

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Extracting and entering accurate data from client documents into the database.
  • Developing and maintaining filing and archiving systems (physical and electronic).
  • Retrieving data and generating reports (including advanced/complex queries using SQL or other reporting tools).
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Supporting improvements in data management and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science, Records/Archiving Management, Documentation, IT, Data Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in documentation, archiving, and database/data management.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, SQL/reporting tools, and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
