CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: HR & OFFICE MANAGER

Today, its main strategic priorities is the right to legal identity; access to basic rights, legal protection for all; community based protection & development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

2. Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, and retention strategies.

3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and promote effective communication.

4. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on professional development and career progression.

5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives.

 

6. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Compensation and Benefits: Administer and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

8. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and vendor relationships.

9. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification are a plus.

- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

- Experienced in reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.

- Availability to join in February 2024.
