- Conduct legal and social research related to human rights, refugee protection, and migration.
- Draft research reports, background papers, and policy analyses.
- Support advocacy initiatives through evidence-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with legal and communication teams to ensure alignment of messages and findings.
- Track legal and policy developments relevant to FRH’s areas of work.
- Maintain research databases and archives.
- Work closely with the legal, advocacy, and communication teams to ensure research outputs align with FRH’s strategic priorities.
- Liaise with external experts, institutions, and partners involved in joint research initiatives.
- Participate in workshops, consultations, and training sessions related to research activities.
- Track legal and policy developments relevant to FRH’s areas of work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of professional research experience (preferably in NGOs).
- Strong analytical and writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with human rights standards, refugee frameworks, and Lebanese law.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Ruwad alHoukouk (Frontiers Rights) is a rights-based, non-governmental organization committed to promoting social justice, equality, and human rights in Lebanon.
