PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (RELAUNCH)

Responsibilities:

As a Program Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's programs. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with senior management to identify programmatic goals aligned with our mission.

- Leading the design and conceptualization of new programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Managing procurement processes, overseeing HR functions, and utilizing technology for effective program development.

- Researching and identifying funding opportunities, preparing compelling grant proposals, and managing relationships with funding partners.

- Working cross-functionally with various departments to coordinate resources and support program implementation.

- Project management, including the development and maintenance of project plans, monitoring program performance, and implementing improvements based on evaluation findings.

 

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, Public Administration, Non-profit Management and finance.

   - Proven minimum work 5 years’ experience in program development, project management, grant writing, budgeting, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation.

   - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

   - Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Arabic and English language.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment/teams and across departments.

- Team-oriented, with ability to work efficiently independently.

 - Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.

- Knowledge of human rights principles and standards.

- Proficient in the use of computers and relevant applications for data analysis, program modelling, document management, and project management.
