Ruwad Houkouk FR, is working towards:
1) Promoting the protection of stateless individuals by advocating for legal reforms and enactment of a comprehensive Nationality law, and modernizing the Personal Status Records law, and initiating a new law on Personal Status;
2) Strengthening access to justice for the refugees and stateless community living in remote rural areas.
Both components complement each other and should lead to improve the humanitarian aspects of this population in terms of right too identity and to basic fundamental rights such as education, health, and work.
Project objectives:
To reduce and prevent statelessness and promote legal protection for refugees and stateless persons in Lebanon.
Improve access to legal protection for refugees and stateless persons through direct provision of services, networking and monitoring of relevant actors, including public institutions.
Job brief
We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.
The goal is to create engaging content for an organization’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.
Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
Job Description
1- Implement and execute social media strategy.
2- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
3- Set up and optimize organization pages within each platform to increase the visibility of its social content
4- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
5- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
8- Assists Project Manager with large projects, events, and community management.
9- Works and assist in large social media campaigns development.
10- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
11- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
12- Writes and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers
13- Manages social media communications.
14- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in social media or as a digital media specialist

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Fluency in Arabic & English,

Bachelor degree or Master in Communications, New Media or Public Relations
