Main Tasks:
Function effectively as a member of the FPS PwD team
Maintain the link between MoSA and FPS PwD team
Meet on regular basis with relevant MoSA departments to ensure effective coordination
Arrange and participate in all meetings with MoSA personnel
Write all relevant meeting minutes
Liaise with the MoSA SDC Department to facilitate trainings
Liaise with the MoSA Office of Rights & Access to facilitate the acquisition of relevant data
Liaise with the MoSA Office of Standards to facilitate access to needed resources
Identify and liaise with all other MoSA personnel/departments required to fully implement project
Arrange field visits to MoSA sites
Abide by all MoSA data and documentation policies
Respect and work effectively within the MoSA hierarchy
Provide administrative support to the Health Coordinator
Ensure all data and/or documents requested from MoSA are received in a timely manner
Follow-up closely on any challenges
3. Deliverables:
Capacity building materials previously used by MoSA
MoSA ratification of newly-developed training materials
List of MoSA-associated participants for trainings
All relevant documentation on MoSA disability criteria, specific benefits, and standards
MoSA ratification of situational analysis materials
Master list of MoSA Disability Card holders
List of all Associations and NGOs contracted by MoSA to provide services
List of all Associations and NGOs that provide any type of health service to disabled Lebanese and Syrians (not contracted with MoSA)
4. Qualifications:
University degree in human or social science or any other relevant field
Experience working within the fields of disability and/or health is highly valued
At least 1-2 years of experience work with the Ministry of Social Affairs
