Main Tasks:
In particular, she/he shall perform the following tasks:
- In coordination with the National Mental Health Programme (NMHP), develop and update the existing training manual
- In close coordination with Social Promotion Foundation (FPS) and the NMHP, set the selection criteria of targeted groups (frontliner staff) and select the frontliner staff accordingly
- Provide crisis management training in the different governorates
- Administer pre and post-tests, and training evaluation
- Document all necessary feedback and provide training report to the FPS project coordinator and NMHP
Deliverables:
- Developed Training Manual
- Pre and post-tests results
- Training evaluation filled forms
- Training report
Qualifications:
- Psychology (Masters degree required; PhD is a plus) or Psychiatry (MD)
- Training experience of at least 5 years on material similar to MHGap and PFA
- Experience in psychological interventions in emergency setting for at least 5 years
- Experience in humanitarian context is a plus
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills
- Motivated-and ability to work in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willing to travel across Lebanon
Experience Required:
- 5-10 years of experience
Language and computer literacy:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
