Master Trainer (2 Positions)

Main Tasks:

• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with other members of the FPS PwD team
• Develop the Disability & Health training curriculum, in-line with WHO disability standards and in collaboration with technical staff from FPS, MoSA, MoPH
• Create associated materials for the Training of Trainers (ToTs)
• Set the selection criteria of targeted groups (SDC staff, PHC staff) for ToTs/trainings and select the participants accordingly
• Provide Disability & Health ToTs in Beirut
• Provide Disability & Health trainings in the different governorates
• Administer pre and post-tests, and the participant training evaluations
• Document all necessary feedback and provide training report to the Health Coordinator
• Attend the weekly PwD team meeting
