Main responsibilities:
Function effectively as a member of the Mental Health and PwD project teams, ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables
Data Collection, Data Analysis, Monitoring, and Management:
Collect standard data for all activities and ensure that project databases are updated and maintained
Ensure that all Mental Health and Disability data is cleaned and compiled and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations
Calculate basic statistics and indicators’ data on a regular basis. Provide additional analysis of data and information on different variables when needed
Conduct routine data quality audits of all projects and review the quality of collected data and the methods for data collection
Manage the M&E team, set monthly targets to be met by project field staff and monitor the results at the end of the month
Liaise with relevant FPS staff to ensure regular and timely information flow
Share and discuss M&E findings and compiled data with relevant program staff to inform program activities
Monitor all project activities, progress towards achieving the project output
Supervise all M&E staff to ensure quality work
Oversee the development and implementation of robust monitoring and evaluation systems that will ensure tracking of project results at different levels (outputs, outcomes and impact)
Delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed to the M&E team
Reporting:
Supervise the Information and Reporting Officer and the M&E Officer and contribute to the drafting of monthly, quarterly, annual and/or semiannual reports, in conjunction with program team, according to donor requirements
Ensure the provision of full and detailed feedback to the field on reporting problems and solutions
Review monthly progress reports and ensure they have evidence to back-up and provide feedback to the respective staff
Assessments, Surveys and Evaluation:
Liaise with the Director of Programs to ensure that all projects adhere to accountability requirements and conduct relevant evaluations to ensure projects meet FPS standards
Ensure the completion of all final evaluations of projects for decision making and improvement of project designs
Coordinate the review of all reports prepared to ensure quality and accurate reporting
Learning, Accountability and Capacity Building
Monitor all Mental Health and Disability project implementation and conduct post-implementation assessment
Build capacity of programs staff through training to ensure adoption of new data monitoring tools and quality of data collected
Enable M&E department staff to monitor and evaluate their own efforts, gather relevant data and produce required progress reports

Requested Competence/Skills/Profile:
Experience working within the fields of disability and/or health is highly valued.
Arabic and English language are mandatory.
Excellent command in MS Office.
Familiarity with data collection (quantitative & qualitative)
Basic knowledge of M&E processes and techniques.
Willingness to be on the field
Ability to work in a team and under pressure of urgent deadlines
