PM+ Master Trainer

1.   Main Tasks:

ToT:

• Prepare and conduct a Training of Trainers on Problem Management + as created by WHO on the first two weeks of September
• Provide support to trainees 
• Provide certificates of attendance to all trainees
• Liaise with FPS MHPSS Project Coordinator and PM+ Supervision Coordinator on any needs

Supervision: 

• Conduct weekly 2 hour meetings with trainees after the completion of the ToT during the three months following in order to supervise the cases where the trainees will implement the PM+
• Evaluate the performance of trainees 
• Coordinate with the PM+ Supervision Coordinator on the time schedule for the meetings

Reporting:

• Provide report to FPS for ToT delivered in September
• Provide report to FPS for Supervision of cases during the months of September and October

2.   Deliverables:

• Monthly report on all training and supervision activities (as detailed above)

3.   Qualifications:

• Degree in public health
• PM+ trainer
• Masters’ degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience
• Motivated-and ability to work in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
•  

4.   Languages and Computer Literacy:

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
