Introduction
Lebanon’s Youth Building Dreams (LYBD) is a youth-led project that aims on establishing public spaces in 8 localities around Lebanon through training of youth, called Dream Builders, who will take on the lead in advocating and creating public spaces for street sports and activating them by hosting free weekly street sports activities for local children.
This project is implemented by GAME and is funded by the Danish International Development Agency, DANIDA, to strengthen social cohesion and civic engagement in Lebanon starting 2021 until 2023.
One of the deliveries in the project is a process documenting video to highlight the power of youth civic engagement
Confidentiality
GAME will treat the content of all tenders/quotations as being confidential and information provided in the tenders will be used for the purpose of deciding on the award of a contract as described in this document.

Objective
GAME Lebanon is looking to receive a quotation for Video Production Equipment for the Documentary of ‘Lebanon’s Youth Building Dreams’ project.
General Terms and Conditions
GAME will accept the most appropriate offer based on quality requested, cost effectiveness and capacity for timely and flexible delivery.
GAME will not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred in the preparation of a tender or quotation.
Conflict of Interest
Any conflicts of interest involving an applicant must be fully disclosed to GAME. Failure to disclose a conflict may disqualify an application or invalidate an award of the contract.

Administrative documents:
· Copy of Commercial circular, Commercial register and tax registration.
· Copy of ID of the authorized signatory
Technical documents:
· Items Catalogue
· Any other information/documents/pictures considered useful
Financial documents:
· The bid shall be based on a list of specifications and prices.
· The currency for the bid shall be in US Dollars
· Any other expenses should also be included in the above rates and prices. No additional expenses will be covered.
Process
Applicants should apply through this Link before 30 May 2022. GAME procurement committee will review the bids and select one or more of the bidders based on the quality-price analysis of the different offers. Selected supplier(s) will be informed, and GAME procurement committee will offer the agreement to the most qualified supplier/s.

Deadline
Offers must be received by latest 11:59 pm (Beirut time) on 30 May 2022 and will be opened on Friday 16 May 2022 at 10:00 am (Beirut time). Offers received after 23 May 2022 11:59 pm or not sent through the Link will be invalidated.
