Call for Tender – Photography, Videography, Visibility Support and Social Media Boosting Services

Under the project "Improving Food Security, Livelihoods, and Inclusion of Women and Vulnerable Groups, and Promoting Gender Equality in Akkar," funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ) through RET Germany and implemented by GATE Lebanon.

GATE Lebanon is seeking professional specialized companies to capture project and beneficiaries’ activities, events, exhibitions and workshops and to enhance visibility through high-quality media production, branding/visibility support and targeted social media promotion.

Project Location

Akkar – North Lebanon.

Contract Type and Duration

Frame agreement for a duration of one year, with the possibility of extension.

1. Scope of work
The service provider will deliver the following services:

Photography

  • Capture high-quality photos of activities, events, exhibitions and workshops.
  • Provide edited photos in digital format.

Videography

  • Record and produce professional videos covering activities, events, workshops and interviews.
  • Edit and deliver final videos in agreed formats, including color correction, sound balancing, subtitles (English or Arabic when required), and branding with logos and titles.
  • Edited videos:
    • Short versions: 30 seconds – 1 minute (for social media use).
    • Long versions: 3 – 5 minutes (for events and presentations).
  • Raw materials: all original photos and video footage.

2. Social Media Boosting

  • evelop and implement a boosting plan for selected posts on social media (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Provide reach, engagement, and performance analytics after the campaign.
  • Ensure targeting of relevant audience segments.

Visibility & Branding Consultancy

  • Provide creative visibility ideas and branding advice in line with donor and organizational guidelines.

Coordination

  • Participate in pre- and post-event meetings with GATE Lebanon for proper planning, alignment and evaluation.

Deliverables

  • Delivery within 1 week after each assignment.

Note: All deliverables are subject to GATE Lebanon’s approval.

3.  Company’s experience

  • Preference will be given to companies located in Akkar, North Lebanon.
  • Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio in English required).
  • Possess or has access to professional equipment (camera, drone, microphones, lighting).
  • Proven ability to boost social media content (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), including targeting and reporting.

Previous work with NGOs, community events, and media are an advantage.

How to Apply

Interested service providers should submit:

  1. Short profile (company).
  2. Portfolio or sample work.
  3. Financial Proposal.

The financial proposal should include detailed pricing, keeping in mind that services may be required 2 to 4 times per month in the Akkar region, covering:

  • Daily rate for photography/videography services.
  • Cost for editing short video (30s – 1 min), including revisions until GATE’s satisfaction.
  • Cost for editing long video (3 – 5 min), including revisions until GATE’s satisfaction.
  • Cost for social media boosting (including campaign setup, audience targeting, and reporting).
  • Additional costs per event (e.g., drone usage, animation, subtitles, special editing).
  • All prices must be quoted in Euro currency and must include transportation, insurance and any other related costs.
  • Payments will be made after delivery and GATE’s approval of the work.

Note: - The service provider’s prices shall be fixed and not subject to change during the contract period.
