English Instructor

The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Manager. The incumbent will perform the following duties:   Educate mainly Lebanese and Syrian youth and women in beginner level English Provide students with a set of  basic technical reading, writing, speaking and calculating skills Use a teaching approach that includes the acquisition of basic life skills and allows students to increase their self-confidence Prepare, animate, lead and mediate courses in a creative way Show self-motivation, enthusiasm, and creativity The incumbent must be available to undergo a 30 hour training in October.  Qualifications:  Minimum 2 years of related experience University degree in related field Minimum English level of B2 (Upper Intermediate) Dynamic leader with creative problem solving skills, particularly in challenging situations Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Show great flexibility and adaptability  Must be willing to travel to various locations in Lebanon Experience working with youth and women would be an asset
