English Teacher

The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Officer. The incumbent will perform the following duties: • Educate mainly Lebanese and Syrian youth in beginner level English • Provide students with a set of basic technical speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills • Prepare and animate courses in a creative way • Show self-motivation and enthusiasm Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of related experience • University degree in related field • English level of C2 in speaking, listening, reading, and writing • Dynamic leader with creative problem solving skills, particularly in challenging situations • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills • Flexible availability • Experience working with youth would be an asset • Must be willing to travel to various locations in Lebanon • Must be willing to commit for 1 year The candidate will receive in-service professional support and will be part of a dynamic team.
