Project Coordinator (3 Positions)

Employer: RET Liban Contract: Full-time position Location:  Field, Baalbeck, Ras Baalbeck and Hermel, 3 positions required one in each location   JOB DESCRIPTION The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the National Coordinator. The incumbent will perform the following duties:   Launch, Implement and Supervise project activities in a timely manner; Oversee daily operations at the Social Development Center and organize all project-related activities in coordination with the youth focal point and youth facilitator; Conduct all necessary outreach activities to attract and identify beneficiaries Maintain regular written and oral reporting with the National Coordinator; Act as field focal point for RET Liban; Ensure proper coordination between RET Liban and local and national governments; Develop and maintain project records such as databases, reports, and records of decisions.    QUALIFICATIONS   University degree in related field Minimum 2 years of related experience (projects involving youth, conflict resolution, and peace projects) Proven ability to negotiate multiple relationships with various partners Dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Advanced computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel Ability to work flexibly and under difficult circumstances Experience in the education sector, and education programs for peace, and/ or experience working with youth and women would be an asset;  Arabic: Fluent English and / or French : Very good
