Youth focal point

General Responsibilities:

• Outreach youth to participate in activities
• Implement activities and training sessions
• Plan, design community support projects and events
• Assist the field coordinator and project assistant for operational, financial and reporting tasks
• Attend regular monthly meetings with RET team in Beirut
• Ensure proper coordination with local authorities and community leaders
• Identify challenges and limitations and suggest lessons learned and best practices at the areas of implementations
• Comply with internal policies, and ensure that activities comply code of conduct and manuals
• Qualifications:
• Preferably university degree in any related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in working in the fields of social stability, community projects and livelihoods
• Experience in working with youth

• Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
