Income Generating Activities (Processing Machinery)

BASATINE’s activity “Income Generating Activity” involved multiple training sessions designed for female farmers, providing them with essential skills for launching and managing successful projects. These sessions emphasized project management techniques, risk assessment, and the identification of community resources. Following these sessions, each participant crafted a project proposal. A selection process, consisting of two pitching phases, was conducted to identify a group of farmers based on the quality of their proposals. This activity seeks to empower female participants by enhancing their income-generating capabilities and improving their economic standing.
