The objective of this consultancy is to define a fit-for-purpose MEAL system that:
- Supports executive and program-level decisions
- Strengthens accountability and learning
- Is realistic, usable, and sustainable
The consultant will:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing MEAL practices, tools, data use and staffing capacity
- Design a GNFF-wide MEAL framework covering governance, reporting flows, decision-use logic, and roles and responsibilities
- Develop essential MEAL tools and templates
- Propose accountability and feedback mechanisms
