- Work closely with the HOP to ensure day to day activities of different programs.
- Provide administrative support and logistics to all programs.
- Review monthly and quarterly reports before sharing those with HOP.
- Ensure quality data is maintained by ensuring proper reporting, documentation and filing system are in place.
- Attend programs-related conferences, meetings, and alike events and report to HOP accordingly.
- Track programs’ procurement orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in tracking and proposal writing
- Support project logistics, including organizing meetings and events.
- Support any planned project distributions and field visits.
- File all relevant project documents in line with GNFF’s requirements for project auditing.
- Track task progress in line with the established tracking system.
- Actively participate in lessons learned session for the projects.
- Update project presentation at least twice a year
- Assist the HOP with other duties as required.
