Marketing Coordinator Position

Role and responsibilities

  • Create monthly calendars of social media content for GNFF and for four key programs by the foundation
  • Visit program venues / events / and others to create a photo and video gallery to use with posts
  • Support the communication director in developing vision and strategy for social media communications
  • Coordinate with GNFF’s strategic communication director to develop and implement the foundation and the programs’ communication strategy through digital platforms
  • Help with the quarterly Newsletter of the foundation by gathering and organizing content when needed
  • Photo shooting during field visits and other visits (cooperatives, SMEs, Open markets, students in rural areas, TAJ etc.) for more infographic communication
  • Carry out market research, market information, and analysis of the various sectors of interest to the foundation
  • Support in developing the GNFF and programs’ database
  • Potential short translation from English into Arabic or vice versa.
  • Assist with any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor

 

Requirements and qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and marketing
  • Well-tuned knowledge of advertising/strategic communication;
  • BA or higher studies in marketing, communications or similar relevant field;
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods;
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
