Central Coordinator -Healthcare Program

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads and supervises the implementation of Ghawth healthcare projects

• Coordinates and supervises the operations of Ghawth healthcare projects in PHCs
  (Primary Healthcare Centers), partner PHCs and Hospitals.

• Represents Ghawth in sector meetings.

•  Participates in the strategical development of Ghawth healthcare activities.

•  Co-operates with the administrative team regarding budgeting of medical activities and with the financial team regarding purchasing and dispatching of medical equipment and drugs.

•  Serves as the focal person for the medical referees to Ghawth and other NGOs.

• Provides technical advice to the team concerning implementation of activities.

•  Assesses gaps of medical team (staff and volunteers) and supports them via solutions and additional training.

• Identifies staffing needs in the different implementation locations in cooperation with the project manager and helps in developing the technical aspects of new job descriptions.

• Supervises the medical inventory (consumptions and orders)

• Ensures coordination and liaising with other medical actors, hospital, and PHCs.

• Ensures privacy of medical Data

• Responsible for receiving and assisting beneficiaries by direct contact, phone call or email according to needs.

• Responsible for releasing and auditing pledges, invoices and cheques.

• Daily and monthly reporting.
