The projects coordinator will have a set of responsibilities and is expected to work on a variety of tasks related to deliverables of different NGOi projects, including:
- Conducting desk reviews and mapping exercise related to NGOs or platforms dedicated to NGOs
- Creating data collection tools and developing online surveys
- Engage with local and international NGOs and donors through stakeholders’ meetings
- Organizing and facilitating workshops and roundtable discussions, and following up with participants as needed
- Writing detailed reports
- Following up closely with subject matters experts (SMEs) engaged in different activities of the projects
- Coordinating trainings and related material§ Preparing content of material related to the projects including presentations, brochures, etc.
- Communicating with partners and stakeholders
- Managing and monitoring projects progress and ensuring that deliverables are submitted based on set deadlines
- Working closely with different team members including the initiative manager, the initiative coordination officer, the communications team, the IT team, and the administrative team among others.
