Pharmacist – Primary Health Care Center

We are looking for a qualified Pharmacist to join our health center team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of essential medicines and dispense them correctly and safely.
• Prepare and follow up medicine orders using proper procedures.
• Store medicines correctly and monitor temperature, humidity, and expiry dates.
• Use the HIS system to record and monitor medication dispensing.
• Dispense medicines according to doctors’ prescriptions only.
• Explain clearly to patients how to use their medications.
• Monitor prescriptions to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.
• Maintain pharmacy records, reports, and inventory accurately.
• Prepare monthly pharmacy and medication reports.
• Participate in health awareness activities and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Experience with the PHENICS System is a must.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in PHC or community pharmacy is an advantage.
