Job Descritpion
The Mission Development Office of Good Shepherd Sisters, Lebanon was founded to assist the Good Shepherd grassroots projects in Lebanon and Syria with fundraising and project management. The Mission Development Office (MDO) based in Beirut is currently looking for a Project Officer (PO). The PO will assist the MDO director is grant seeking with international funding agencies, in monitoring and evaluation activities and report writing.

Education Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, Social Sciences or a related field is required
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably with NGOs or similar organizations working at the grassroots level, in Project Cycle Management and/or grant seeking,
• Fluency in English, both written and oral is essential; good command of French a plus;
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong computer skills particularly in spreadsheets and database management are essential.
