Purpose of the Job:

The Arab team at GP Med is recruiting new people to its operation in the arab world. The HR Officer responsibility is to maintain the recruitment process for Arab teams and to follow up the human resources’s work.

 

Main Responsibilities:

1. Overall Responsibilities

  • Responsible for communicating with the executive director regarding the recruitment operation and its documentation work
  • To ensure that the Arab teams recruitment need is fulfilled and all follow-up work needed for it

 

2. Principal Duties

  • Develop recruitment announcements and broadcast on related channels.
  • Research and implement new recruitment channels when needed
  • Assist the Executive Diretcor in order to finalize the classification of  the applications for GP Med.
  • Organize interviews for GP Med according to the panel members’ calender      
  • Attend job interviews for all GP Med vacancies.
  • Ensure that all necessary preparations is done before the new staff starts  (reference checks,necessary documents of employment, prepare contracts etc.)
  • Ensure that the recruitment processes are operating accordingly to the legal requirements with the support of the global team.

 

3. Performance monitoring

  • To report the performances of recruitment platforms periodically
  • Report the performances of recruitment platforms periodically
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (recruitment report, organogram etc.) for GP Med
  • Support  Directr for the overall activities of the HR department including HR statistics, and the running of the internal systems smoothly.

 

4. Other Duties

  • Support the Director when needed on HR issues within the office

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree preferably human resources
  • 1 year’ experience in job interviews and recruitment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Discretion with confidential information
