Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students' listening, speaking, reading, writing, and numeracy skills.​
• Lesson Planning: Design and prepare lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students.​
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.​
• Assessment: Conduct pre and post-assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.​
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other relevant documentation.​
• Collaboration: Work closely with other educators, staff, and stakeholders to ensure the success of the educational program.​
• Child Protection: Identify and refer cases related to child protection and safeguarding, adhering to organizational policies.​
• Professional Development: Participate in mandatory training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
