Job Responsibilities
- Provide case management services to vulnerable children and families in line with the National Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action.
- Conduct child protection assessments, develop case management plans, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Conduct regular home visits, field visits, and meetings with children and caregivers to monitor progress and provide support.
- Ensure timely and safe identification and referral of children at risk to appropriate services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure effective case management and referrals.
- Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date documentation on all assigned cases using designated case management tools and databases.
- Participate in case management meetings and case conferences to ensure effective planning and collaboration.
- Provide emotional support and psycho-social support to children and families, as needed.
- Identify trends and protection concerns and report them to the Case Management Supervisor for appropriate response.
- Ensure all activities adhere to child safeguarding principles and internal protection policies.
- Participate in trainings, workshops, and capacity building activities related to child protection and case management.
- Assist in awareness sessions and outreach activities as needed.
- Contribute to reports, assessments, and other documentation required by the Case Management Supervisor and the organization.
- Support in other protection-related activities when requested by the supervisor.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in child protection or case management in humanitarian or development contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of case management principles and tools.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and families.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in complex and challenging environments.
- Good knowledge of referral pathways and protection services in the area of intervention.
- Strong understanding of child rights, protection principles, and safeguarding.
