Center Manager

Job responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Center, ensuring smooth implementation of all programmatic activities.
• Develop weekly and monthly action plans aligned with HAND guidance and project targets.
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, and task distribution.
• Ensure activities follow the official project curricula of vocational training
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, friendly environment in accordance with safeguarding standards.
• Support outreach efforts to identify beneficiaries and vulnerable families.
• Maintain relationships with municipalities, local groups, and community actors.
• Represent the center in coordination meetings when needed

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of experience in youth programs or center management.

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers and community stakeholders.

Experience in NGO or community-based projects, with the ability to manage daily operations and monitor outreach activities.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with teachers and stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to manage daily center operations. Proficiency in reporting, time management, and community outreach follow-up.
