Child Protection Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and manage child protection cases in accordance with the case management standard operating procedures.
• Provide direct support and follow-up to children and families through individualized case plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate psychosocial support sessions, awareness activities, and structured recreational programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of cases and activities using relevant tools and platforms.
• Work closely with social workers, outreach teams, and community members to identify at-risk children.
• Establish referral pathways and maintain strong coordination with relevant service providers.
• Participate in case conferences and inter-agency coordination meetings when required.
• Ensure all activities are implemented in compliance with child safeguarding and protection policies.
• Support data collection, analysis, and reporting as per donor and organizational requirements.
