Monitoring & Evaluation
• Develop and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and systems to monitor program performance.
• Collect, clean, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to assess project outcomes and impact.
• Track progress against project indicators and provide timely feedback to program teams for course correction.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and verify data accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain updated project databases and ensure proper documentation of MEAL processes.
• Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments in coordination with external evaluators if needed.
Accountability
• Ensure effective, accessible, and confidential complaint and feedback mechanisms are in place for beneficiaries.
• Monitor and analyze feedback data to enhance program responsiveness and accountability.
• Facilitate regular community feedback sessions to ensure transparency and two-way communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data collected through accountability channels.
• Promote the principles of Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) within all project components.
Learning & Adaptation
• Identify and document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories to inform ongoing and future programming.
• Support the organization of learning events and workshops with project staff and stakeholders.
• Facilitate internal reflection sessions to promote continuous program improvement.
• Contribute to adaptive management by integrating findings into program design and planning.
Reporting
• Prepare and submit high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual MEAL reports.
• Provide accurate data and analysis to support donor reporting and proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation procedures and donor reporting requirements.
• Produce data visualizations and summaries for internal presentations and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.
• Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in MEAL roles within humanitarian or development organizations. Experience with Save the Children is a plus.
•Skills:
Proficiency in data collection tools (KOBO and Excel)
Strong analytical and reporting skills – Knowledge of accountability to affected populations (AAP)
Good communication and facilitation skills
• Languages:
Fluent in Arabic and English •

Willingness to travel within Beirut and project implementation areas
